At Salzburg motorway intersection continue on the Tauernautobahn (motorway A 10) in the direction of Villach until the "Bischofshofen" junction, continue on the B 311 towards Zell am See, Maishofen, Saalbach Hinterglemm. - Journey from Germany: Take the Munich-Salzburg motorway (A8) until the "Siegsdorf" exit. Continue towards Inzell. Keep on going until you reach a junction marked "Lofer". At Steinpaß you cross the border to Austria and continue until you reach Lofer. From there continue to Saalfelden and the head towards Zell am See. In Maishofen you reach the "Glemmtal" junction. From there it's just another 14 km to Saalbach Hinterglemm. - Journey by train: The nearest train station is at Zell am See. Train information is supplied by the ÖBB (Austrian Railroad). From Zell am See the Postbus-Service, which runs every one to two hours, will take you to Saalbach Hinteglemm. Alternatively you'll find a taxi stand in front of the Zell am See train station. - Journey by plane: The nearest international airport is at Salzburg. All major airlines fly to and from Salzburg. From there a shuttle service is available.
